NorthGate College’s tenth-anniversary commemoration ”Celebrating the Journey: 1999-2009”, held at The University of the West Indies (UWI), St Augustine Campus, provided the forum for the ceremonial handing over of leadership from Founding Director Mrs. Cecile Taylor to the school’s new Director, Ms. Yolande La Pierre.
