Dr. Noel Woodroffe – Founder and Chairman
Dr. Noel Woodroffe is Chairman and of NorthGate College. He is the Senior Elder of Elijah Centre and the founder and President of Congress WBN.
He lectured at UWI from 1981—1984 and instituted and developed the program for the UWI School of Continuing Studies’ Sixth Form School. He also served as the first Director of the School from 1985-1990.
Marlon Jameson – Co-Chairman
Mr. Marlon Jameson is Co-Chairman of NorthGate College. He is an Executive Attaché to the President, Congress WBN, and is one of the Global Directors of Congress WBN.
As a member of the UWI’s Institute of International Relation’s academic staff, he lectured from 2000-2003 in the area of International Relations of Latin America and has a PhD in the same field.
Yolande La Pierre – Director NGC Trinidad
Ms Yolande La Pierre is the current Director of NorthGate College. She is an accomplished educator, who began her career in education in 1992, and has had the pleasure of serving the nation across the education spectrum as a teacher/lecturer in the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary divisions. Ms La Pierre has been trained at the Valsayn Teachers’ College where she was voted Teacher of the Year and has pursued undergraduate and post graduate studies in Sociology and Management. She has been a member of the NorthGate College staff from 2002 to present.
